Louis has over two decades of experience in environmental consulting, helping clients avoid compliance issues and reducing their risks of exposure and compliance fines.

With a career starting in December 18, 1980, Orlando has worked for over 29 years at the California Regional Water Quality Control Board before joining L & M Environmental Service. His experience spans various units such as Storm Water Enforcement, Landfill, Wastewater Treatment, Underground Storage Tanks, Permitting, Department of Defense, Groundwater Permitting, Soil and Groundwater Cleanup, and Pollution Problem Investigation.

Orlando has a passion for studying sciences and working. He holds several degrees and certificates. His qualifications include an Associate of Science in Chemistry, Associate of Art in General Education, Industrial Teacher in Chemistry (equivalent to a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry), BS in Chemical Engineering, and a Master of Science in Engineering.

Additionally, Orlando has work experience in fields like chemistry, chemical technology, research, and industrial processes.

Janet brings a vast experience in project management and customer service.

Janet enjoys taking care of her family when she is not taking care of her L&M Environmental family.

Tina brings over three decades of environmental experience to our team. She started in hazardous waste treatment and experience with transporting hazardous waste.

Tina Pease has over 25 years in the Hazardous Waste Industry and the Hazardous Waste Manifest starting in a TSDF (Treatment, Storage, Disposal Facility) to working with a Registered Hazardous Waste Transporter. 

She has also worked with various other projects in Storm Water Industry like assisting with the maps & building the SWPPPs. She has also worked with processing payroll for various companies.

Victor has over a decade in the environmental industry and brings his bi-lingual skills to help our Spanish-speaking customers.

With over a decade in the IT Industry, Julio has worked in various industries, ranging from Food production, Medical, and Professional verticals. Julio focuses on maintaining and protecting our Customer Data with state of the art technologies, solutions, and best practices. He loves educating his clients on emerging technologies that help increase productivity, security, and peace of mind.

When he is not behind a keyboard, he is either in the kitchen cooking up a storm, or protecting the goal as a goal keeper. He loves to learn new recipes and techniques in the kitchen, and continues to train to improve his skills on the pitch.
